Greetings!

My name is Claire Elizabeth Barratt. I’m an interdisciplinary performing artist and the director of the international arts organization Cilla Vee Life Arts.

I have converted my home in the beautiful Southern Appalachian town of Asheville, North Carolina into a creative community center called

The Center for Connection + Collaboration – or CCC.

I am now offering Personal Retreats – primarily for women who need a quiet personal space for artistic, spiritual and environmental nature immersion.

A Personal Retreat provides accommodation and use of the entire facilities for independent creative and wellness pursuits such as music, meditation, yoga, reading and writing, arts and crafts.

The location is ideal for nature immersion in the Southern Appalachian Mountains, as well as proximity to the Cherokee Indian Reservation and to regional wellness, spiritual and arts centers.

It is perfect for someone needing accommodation while taking a Yoga certification or other intensive training course, attending a conference, hiking in the area, or an artist taking inspiration from these beautiful landscapes.

For decades Asheville has been an artistic, spiritual and environmental haven. Although it has become a tourist hot spot in recent times, this beautiful mountain region still holds its ancient restorative powers and a wealth of culture – both traditional and contemporary.
